Robin Witt is an American theater director from Chicago, Illinois. She is an artistic associate at both the Griffin and Steep Theaters in Chicago. Witt's notable productions include Enda Walsh's The New Electric Ballroom at A Red Orchid Theatre, Simon Stephens' Pornography and Harper Regan at Steep Theatre, and Edna Ferber and George Kaufman's Stage Door with the Griffin Theatre. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (BFA Acting) and Northwestern University (MFA Directing), Witt is currently an Assistant Professor of Directing at UNC Charlotte. She is the daughter of American television and theater actor Howard Witt.
